Life can often present us with unexpected challenges and obstacles, which we may not always know how to handle. Sometimes, it can be helpful to seek an outside perspective to assist with learning how to navigate these difficulties. In this way, I aim to provide a compassionate and empathetic therapeutic approach in an effort to support my clients on their journey towards perseverance and growth. In my years of providing therapy, I have had the privilege of learning from my clients a very valuable lesson: what might appear to be an insurmountable obstacle, is actually an opportunity to be resilient and overcome adversity.

I conferred a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Arizona. I then moved on to confer a masters degree in professional clinical counseling with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Az. When I am not working I enjoy spending my free time; scuba diving, surging, and enjoying the company of my many pets.
